1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services operated by Maestro Doors & Furniture, a manufacturing business based in Okhla Phase III, New Delhi, India. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, vendors, and users of our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Our Services

Maestro Doors & Furniture offers:

• Design, manufacturing, and supply of custom wooden doors (solid teak, veneer, laminated, and flush doors).
• Bespoke modular wardrobes, TV units, and interior furniture.
• Interior woodwork panels, false ceilings, and architectural millwork.
• Customization and modification of standard products per client specifications.
• Delivery and installation services within serviceable regions.

All products are custom-manufactured to order. We do not maintain standard pre-made stock for purchase off the shelf.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Order Confirmation: All orders must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or our order management system. Verbal agreements are not binding.

3.2 Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment of 50% of the total order value is required before production commences. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery.

3.3 Pricing: All prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation. Prices may vary due to material cost fluctuations beyond this period.

3.4 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, demand drafts, and cash payments at our factory. Cheques are accepted at our discretion.

3.5 GST: All prices quoted are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless explicitly stated. Applicable GST at the prevailing rate will be added to all invoices.

4. Production & Lead Time

4.1 Lead Time: Standard lead time for production is 4 to 8 weeks from the date of advance payment receipt, depending on the product type, complexity, and current production schedule.

4.2 Custom Orders: Highly customized products with unique carvings, special finishes, or imported hardware may require extended lead times of up to 12 weeks.

4.3 Design Approval: Production will begin only after the customer has approved the final design drawings/samples. Delays in design approval will extend the production timeline accordingly.

4.4 Changes After Production Starts: Modification requests after production has commenced may result in additional charges and extended delivery timelines.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery Area: We deliver across Delhi NCR and major cities. Long-distance deliveries may attract additional freight charges.

5.2 Delivery Schedule: Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We will notify you of any expected delays promptly.

5.3 Inspection on Delivery: The customer must inspect all goods at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be entertained.

5.4 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. If the customer requests third-party transport, risk passes at the time of handover to the carrier.

6. Warranty

6.1 Warranty Period: Our products carry the following warranties from the date of delivery:

• Solid Teak Main Doors: 5 years structural warranty against defects in craftsmanship.
• Veneer / Flush Doors: 3 years warranty against delamination under normal use.
• Modular Wardrobes & Furniture: 2–10 years depending on the product category (specified in your quotation).

6.2 Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Improper installation not carried out by our team.
• Water ingress, flooding, or exposure to direct rain/moisture.
• Physical abuse, accidental damage, or misuse.
• Modifications or alterations made after delivery.
• Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches or minor colour fading.

7. Returns & Cancellation

7.1 Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 72 hours of order confirmation with a full refund of the advance payment. Cancellations after 72 hours will incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the order value to cover material and planning costs already incurred.

7.2 No Returns for Custom Products: Since all products are custom-manufactured to order, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or materially different from the approved design.

7.3 Defective Products: If a product is found to be defective upon delivery, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost, subject to inspection and verification.

7.4 Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, design drawings, and catalog brochures — is the exclusive intellectual property of Maestro Doors & Furniture and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our design content or product drawings for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maestro Doors & Furniture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of income, business, or profits.
• Damage to property caused during installation.
• Delays in production or delivery beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events).

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations before resorting to legal proceedings.
